I participated in the Young Scholars Senior Summit at the University of Connecticut, where I was enrolled in their Stop Motion Animation as a Story Telling Tool program. I learned the basics of stop motion and was given the opportunity to work in a professional yet creative setting with a professor and two other students. I created stop-motion animations and operated camera equipment and animation software as storytelling tools. I conceptualized, illustrated, animated, and shot an original final project with hand-made puppets and props.
